Shipping

We use various shipping carriers to ship your product the best way depending on the size of your order and your location. Typical delivery times range from 2-7 days.

We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

We are not responsibile for packages left unattended or outdoors.

Hot temperatures may affect some products, noteably chocolate and caramel bars, during shipping or if left outdoors. We do not have any special hot weather shipping options so please be mindful of the weather when ordering bars with chocolate or caramel. Also, be sure to ship your products to an address where your package will be brought inside immediately.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Thursday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Holiday orders are shipped on the first business day after the Holiday.

All orders over $99 within the contiguous 48 United States will get FREE SHIPPING!

Note: Most delivery services do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

Our Return Policy

If your are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any UNOPENED items in their original packaging for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. You are responsible for the cost to ship the product back us.
