Shipping
We use various shipping carriers to ship your product the best way depending on the size of your order and your location. Typical delivery times range from 2-7 days.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
We are not responsibile for packages left unattended or outdoors.
Hot temperatures may affect some products, noteably chocolate and caramel bars, during shipping or if left outdoors. We do offer a hot weather shipping option, but even that can not be guaranteed if the package is subject to extreme heat, so please be mindful of the weather when ordering bars with chocolate or caramel. Also, be sure to ship your products to an address where your package will be brought inside immediately.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Thursday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
Holiday orders are shipped on the first business day after the Holiday.
All orders over $99 within the contiguous 48 United States will get FREE SHIPPING!

Note: Most delivery services do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
Canadian Shipping Policies

We do not offer free shipping to Canada, but do offer the 10% discount for orders >$200.
It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office before ordering to see if your country permits the shipment of this item to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, you are responsible for the cost of the shipment and we will not issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes that may apply and we will bill your credit card for this if we are charged. We do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Meal Replacements - For Personal Use". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

Our Return Policy
If your are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any UNOPENED items in their original packaging for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. You are responsible for the cost to ship the product back us.
