Two shakes a day for breakfast and lunch. I try to eat a healthy dinner. I started mid August and it is now end of October. I have lost 26 lbs. Only exercise is walking my dog in the park daily. The best thing out of this, I am not craving Halloween candy, and I am a chocoholic. When everyone else will putting on their 15 holiday pounds, I may be seeing my weight drop under 200 lbs!
