We use FedEx Ground to ship your products. Typical delivery times range from 2-7 days. Our shipping location is in Southern California. East Coast orders typically take 4 business days to arrive.
If you would like faster shipping, you can request USPS Priorty Service which is 2-3 days. East Coast orders will typically arrive in 3 days not counting Sundays. There will be an additional charge of $18.75 for the Priorty Service shipment. Keep in mind we can only ship the number of products that will fit in the Priorty Box. If your complete order does not fit in the standard USPS box, we can, at your request, ship you a partial order and ship the rest FedEx ground. If your original order qualifies for free shipping, you will still be charged $18.75 for the Priorty Mail shipment. When your order leaves our facility, we make sure that it is in the best condition. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Hot temperatures may affect some products, notably chocolate and caramel bars, during shipping or if left outdoors. (Be sure to ship your products to an address where your package will be brought inside immediately, or contact your carrier to schedule a time when you will be available.)
We offer a "Warm Weather Shipping" option during checkout, this includes a thermal liner and cold pack, however in very hot weather this still may not offer absolute protection. We do not offer credit or replacements for melted products.
Our Crispy protein bars are the least susceptible to heat damage.
If your order containing chocolate or caramel has been in the heat - unpack carton contents without touching individual bars, allow several hours to come to room temperature, or place boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Thursday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
Holiday orders are shipped on the first business day after the Holiday.
All orders over $99 within the contiguous 48 United States will get FREE SHIPPING!

Note: Most delivery services do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
If your are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any UNOPENED items in their original packaging for a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. You are responsible for the cost to ship the product back us.
